Payment for items must be in full unless otherwise arranged. Payment should be by check or money order made out to KBM Enterpriese and mailed to P.O. Box 26912, Rochester, NY, 14626. Item may be held for 7 working days (We count Sat., but not Sun.)

We also accept Mastercard and Visa. You can call to leave your Type of Card, Your Full Name on the card, CC Number, and Expiration Date. Your phone number is also helpful in the event there are problems. You can also register your cards with us using our on-line secure site facility.

Warranty:
KBM Enterprises doesn't like surprises (other than pleasant ones). If you are in anyway unpleasantly surprised when you receive your merchandise, send notice of complaint to ARSH (within 3 days of receipt). If we can't come to an agreement to remedy your displeasure, you can pack the item up (within 5 days of our final correspondence) in original packaging or comparable, and send it back. We will refund item cost, applicable taxes and return postage.

Note 1: We ship via US Mail unless otherwise negotiated. Extra fees may be applied to use other shippers.

Note 2: We reuse boxes over recycling as long as the cardboard is not exceptionally worn and we double box fragile items. You can request fresh boxes and we will repackage, but please consider the value of fresh boxes over the cost to our environment. Thanks.
